What we do with your CV.

What we collect

• Your sign-in identity: the email address from Google or from the email link you used.
• Your CV: the file you upload, the text we extract from it, and the answers you give in the short form (target roles, country, language).
• Your results: the scores, the report, and any CV or LinkedIn text we generate for you.
• Payment records: the order id, product, amount, and payment status. Card or bank details never reach us; QRIS payments are handled by the payment provider.

What we do with it

• We send the extracted text of your CV to an AI model (Anthropic Claude) to score it and, if you buy a repair, to rewrite it. The model is instructed to use only what you provided and never to invent facts.
• We keep the extracted text and your results with your account so you can buy a repair later without uploading again.
• We delete the uploaded file itself right after the text has been extracted.
• Sensitive details such as religion, marital status, blood type, ID numbers, and date of birth are removed from every output we generate, even if your original CV had them.

What we never do

• Sell your CV, your results, or your email to anyone.
• Use your CV to train any model.
• Contact employers or post anything on your behalf. The LinkedIn product gives you text to paste yourself.

How long we keep it

Your results and extracted CV text stay with your account for 12 months after your last activity, then they are deleted. You can ask us to delete everything earlier at any time by emailing hello@repaircv.com from the address you signed in with.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase) in the Jakarta region. AI processing is done by Anthropic under their API terms, which do not allow use of your data for training.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Email hello@repaircv.com and we answer within 7 days. This service is run from Indonesia and follows the Indonesian Personal Data Protection Law (UU 27/2022).
