The rules, in plain words.

What RepairCV is

An online service that scores your CV against target roles and, if you choose, rewrites your CV or LinkedIn text using AI, based only on the information you provide. It is a writing and assessment tool, not a job placement service. We do not promise interviews or offers.

The free check

• One free CV Fit Score per account. Creating several accounts to get more free checks is not allowed and results may be removed.
• There is a daily limit on free checks across the whole site, shown on the check page. When it is reached, the counter resets at midnight Jakarta time.

Paid products

• Every product is a one-time payment in Indonesian Rupiah, paid through QRIS. The price is shown before you upload anything. No subscription.
• The full report explains the scores from your free check. The scores themselves do not change after payment.
• Fix my CV, Build my CV, and Fix my LinkedIn deliver files or text you download. Delivery is normally within minutes of payment.

Refunds

If the result is wrong for you, email hello@repaircv.com within 7 days of purchase and tell us what is wrong. We will fix it or refund the full amount. Refunds go back through the payment provider and can take a few working days to appear.

What you promise

• The CV you upload is your own, or you have the right to use it.
• The facts in it are true. We rewrite what you give us; we do not check it against employers.
• You will read the generated CV before sending it anywhere. You are responsible for what you submit to employers.

What we are not responsible for

Hiring decisions made by employers, applicant tracking systems that behave differently from what we expect, or losses that come from using the generated text without reading it. Our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms and the prices. The version shown at the time you pay is the one that applies to that purchase.
